Today's WOD was Randy. 75 snatches @ 75#
I used 35#. Which 5 days ago seemed heavy. Today it seemed easy. Maybe it's a mind game. I felt good, felt pumped, wanting to go at it. But when I finished in 3:37 I though did I count that right? I know I did, but I thought, how could you do that in 3:37 did I skip numbers? I know I didn't. I know because I am soooo bad at counting and keeping track that's all I think about doing a long numbered WOD like this is to concentrate on the numbers. When asked how many you have I said 60!! confidently. I knew I had it.
