Building is coming along. Classes at our permanent home should be mid-end April.
We will continue to have classes just in the mornings, evenings and weekends.

I am so so excited not to have a traveling CrossFit car anymore. Lugging bars, plates, balls, clocks, bags, dumb bells,......etc everywhere is tiring! :)

Here is the new location. 952 Broadway. 40+ car parking lot, city park right along side of building (a free playground for CrossFit Beyond!) and across the street is my sound! the sound of water, the sound of a stream, right in downtown Albany!!
