REST DAY

4:15am 8oz tea
8:00am ALOT I ate alot.
2 cups brocolli, 2 hard boiled eggs, 12 peanuts, 1.25 oz cheese, 1/2 fresh blueberries, 1 apple, 3 teaspoons of almond butter! And to think that is only a 3 block breakfast! sweet.
