It's an interesting experience to be a trainer. People look at you! They expect you to be knowledgable and with authority standing up in front (like you know what you're doing)
It can be scary. I taught back squats (or at least gave "some" teaching points) I noticed right at the beginning I had skipped a couple of lines I wanted to say. But I think I ended up getting a couple of points across. I'm sure with more practice, I would remember what I want to say without stumbling.
