5:00am 16oz green tea
6:30am almond banana pancakes
4 slices of bacon
9:30am1 apple
5 teaspoons almond butter
12:00 noon 1 chicken sausage
1.5 cup broccoli
10 almonds
1 almond cookie w/blueberries
6:30pm 4oz turkey meatballs
2 cups broccoli
1.5 cup coconut ice cream
1 glass red wine
Today:
Returned to work...by the time I got there I was exhausted. Shoulder/arm and wrist kept me up last night. Very very sore, painfully sore. Getting dressed and packing my lunch and preparing breakfast (for Stacey and I - it was her first day in her new job) So before beginning work I was already wiped out.
