I don't think this is for me...... This is how I looked and felt after almost 3 hours of climbing under cabinets, cutting pipe, cleaning up a kitchen from water damage, moving things PICKING UP THINGS! (that was a big no no)
I am still only 27 days out of rotator cuff surgery and today took a toll on me. A BIG ONE!
Therapist knew I had done too much today. My arm was sore and TIGHT. I'm beat.
Can't believe I'm actually showing this.
