Broken

It's sometimes hard to be positive when you feel broken from the inside out.

WOD: 10 rounds
10 air squats
5 64# one-armed deadlifts
10 lunges (to kitchen)
5 one-armed counter top push ups
10 air squats
5 10# one hand snatches
10 lunges (back to living room)

5:30am 16 oz green tea
8:30am 1 apple
2 hard boiled eggs
8 teaspoons almond butter
12:00noon
spinach salad, goat cheese, pine nuts, tomatoes, chicken sausage
6 teaspoons almond butter
1 apple
8:30pm 3 oz chicken with fresh tarragon glaze
2 cups broccoli
12 almonds
1.5 cup strawberry coconut ice cream
1 glass red wine
