Excel

Excel 2010 is sponsored by Youth for Christ and this weekend it is for High School Students and their leaders. There is different classes that go on for two days and during the breaks they have bands and speakers. Today Darrel Scott, father of Racheal Scott who was shot in during the Columbine attack 10 years ago got up and talked about her essays and diaries she wrote and how she wanted to make a "chain reaction of kindness and compassion." She wanted to touch millions of people......... and she did! Her father has now been all over the world telling of her stories and thousands have now come to know Christ, not because of her preaching but because of her example. The auditorium was in awe of Racheal's love for others.

Unmistakable love. Love is beyond words. Love is deep. Love is unmistakable.

Let's spread it!

Right now I'm eating lunch in the lounge and one of the students is playing his guitar and I wish so much I mastered playing and singing. I LOVE signing. I LOVE playing the guitar...but I don't think that is one of my gifts. :)
Last year I said I would be playing this year, here with these young adults....but injury has my arm at rest.

I'm sure God as something else in mind for me...why he doesn't want me lifting weights.... playing with all the new toys I have at home or.......playing the guitar.

In due time I will find my path and I will bloom. I will fly like an eagle.
